The scope of work includes processing existing stockpiles of salvaged concrete and asphalt into a metal-free 25 mm Base Course - Designation 4, Class B aggregate, as defined in the City of Grande Prairie-s Construction Manual - Section 31 05 16 - Table A - Aggregate Gradation Specifications.
