- D3.SCOPE OF WORKD3.1 The Work to be done under the Contract shall consist of:(a) Transit Plaza and Comfort Station Servicing(i) Old Commonwealth Path(b) Intersection Improvements and New Traffic Signals(i) St. Mary-s Rd and Carriere Ave(ii) Higgins Ave and Sutherland Ave(c) Miscellaneous Transit Stop Improvements(i) Riverbend and Aurora Neighborhoods(ii) Adsum Dr / Old Commonweatlh Path / Dr. Jose Rizal Way(iii) Dakota St South of Abinojii Mikanah(iv) Headmaster Row and Gateway Rd(d) Electrical Services for Heated Shelters(i) Gateway Rd and McLeod Ave(ii) Gateway Rd and Munroe Ave(iii) Gateway Rd and Kimberly Ave(iv) Old Commonwealth Path(v) St. Mary-s Rd and Carriere AveD3.2 The major components of the Work are as follows:(a) Transit Plaza and Comfort Station Servicing(i) Removal of existing concrete sidewalk;(ii) Installation of new concrete sidewalk with block-outs for paving stones;(iii) Installation of paving stones;(iv) Regrading of existing paving stones;(v) Supply and install black granite stone mulch;(vi) Construction of reinforced pad for heated shelter;(vii) Construction of reinforced sidewalk for non-heated shelter;(viii) Renewal of 230mm plain-dowelled concrete pavement with new integral barrier curb (220mm ht);(ix) Water Service rough in for future comfort station(x) Sewer Service rough in for future comfort station(xi) Electrical connection for future comfort station and heated shelter(b) Intersection Improvements and New Traffic Signalsi) Pavement removal;(ii)...
