- Sealed Bids will be received by RMIS Engineering (RMIS) for a roof replacement tender. The work will include for the removal of approximately 7200 ft2 (670 m2) of existing Shingle roof system and the installation of a new Shingle roof system. Some repair to light wood trusses is expected with a cash allowance allocated for such work. The bids shall be stipulated sum. Partial or incomplete bids will not be accepted. Limited unit price work is included. The Work is anticipated to begin no later than 3 weeks following Notice of Award; the completion date is December 15, 2025. A mandatory on-site review of the project for all interested Bidders has been set for 10 AM on Thursday, August 07, 2025. Bidders must attend in order for their bid to be considered. RMIS reserves the right to reschedule the time and date of the review. Electronic Copies of the Tender Documents are available at www.rmiseng.ca under the Contractors link.
