- This project is being professionally managed on behalf of Conseil des Ecoles Fransaskoises by RMIS. The Project entails the removal and replacement of three (3) sections of low slope membrane roofing and replacement with a new modified bitumen membrane roofing system totaling roughly 4,275 square feet (399 sq m). Associated work includes the temporary removal and subsequent reinstallation of roof top mounted equipment and gas lines. Metal flashing and trim is included in the project scope. Bidders must be qualified to perform the work. The successful bidder must be a certified applicator with an approved manufacturer.
