TITLE: 2025 REGIONAL STREETS RENEWAL PROGRAM SOUTHBOUND PEMBINA HIGHWAY RECONSTRUCTION AND RESURFACING, LA SALLE RIVER TO PERREAULT AVD3. SCOPE OF WORKD3.1 The Work to be done under the Contract shall consist of:(a) Asphalt Pavement Reconstruction and Related Works(i) Southbound Pembina Highway fromLa Salle Bridge to Turnbull Drive(b) Asphalt Resurfacing and Related Works(i) Southbound Pembina Highway from Turnbull Drive to Perreault AvenueD3.2 The major components of the Work are as follows:(a) Asphalt Pavement Reconstruction and Related Works(i) Temporary Works including median crossover andtemporary widening(ii) Removal of existing asphalt pavement(iii) Removal of existing concrete pavement (below previous sandwich treatment)(iv) Removal of concrete curb and gutter(v) Excavation(vi) Removal of catch pits(vii) Abandonment of existing leads(viii) Installation of new culverts(ix) Ditchingand grading improvements(x) Placement of sub-base and base course materials(xi) Asphalt Paving (Type SP1 and SP2)(xii) Decommissioning/Removal of temporary works(b) Asphalt Resurfacing and Related Works(i) Temporary Works including median crossover and temporary widening(ii) Asphalt milling (50mmaverage thickness; Type SP1)(iii) Placement of asphalt overlay (100mm average thickness)) along with glass grid between asphalt lift.(iv) Decommissioning/Removal of temporaryworks
