Tender are invited for 2025 Primary Care Survey, Data Collection and Analysis

Notice Details Summary

This is a request for proposals (RFP) to evaluate the quality of primary care services by
administering a primary care services survey across the province of New Brunswick. The
evaluation must include the capabilities to accurately collect and report valid and reliable career experience survey results for public reporting.

1.2 Definitions
In this RFP, except where otherwise qualified, the following terms will be defined as follows:

- Closing date: July 2nd, 2025, at 10:00 AM

- NBHC: New Brunswick Health Council

- RFP: Request for proposal, including all schedules attached here to and any addendum issued hereafter by the NBHC.

- Subcontractor: Refers to any person or firm to whom a bidder intends to
delegate all or part of the execution of the services to be provided under the agreement.

- Bidder: This term shall refer to the supplier, vendor, or proponent (being a person or firm) who submits a proposal to be evaluated by the NBHC.

- Selected bidder: This refers to the bidder whose proposal is selected by the
NBHC.

- Primary Care Services:
