- The intent of this request is to evaluate and approve potential supplier(s) to become a vendor of record authorized to supply paving and patching repair 2025. The Town of Shaunavon is accepting RFQ-s (Request for Quotes) for a qualified firm to provide for the 2025 street repair program. The program consists of two work packages: Work Package 1: 2025 Recapping 5th Street West Cull du Sac - 273- x 31 plus 75- x 75- = 14,088 sq ft (gutters are poor) Centre Street (2nd Ave. to 3rd Ave.) - 350- x 80- = 28,000 sq ft (gutters are poor) 2nd Ave. East (Centre to 2nd St. East) - 632- x 45- = 28,440 sq ft (10% patching required) 2nd Street East (2nd Ave. to 3rd Ave.) - 319- x 42- = 13,398 sq ft ( 10% patching required) 2nd Street East (3rd Ave. to 4th Ave.) - 528- x 35- = 18,480 sq ft (10% patching required) 2nd Street East (4th Ave. to 5th Ave.) - 566- x 35- = 19,810 sq ft (15% patching required) Work Package 2: 2025 Gate Valve Finalization Asphalt Patching 6 patches required: 12- x 12- = Approx. 144 sq ft each for a total of 864 sq ft
