- Project OverviewSanté Manitouwadge Health is seeking qualified consultants to provide a comprehensive review and written report on the existing ELDCAP bed spaces.The objective is to assess the current conditions against the standards outlined in the Ministry of Long-Term Care's Home Design Manual (2015), identify deficiencies, and provide recommendations where applicable.Scope of WorkThe selected consultant will be expected to: Review existing architectural drawings supplied by Sante Manitouwadge Health Conduct a site walk-through to assess existing ELDCAP bed conditions Evaluate compliance with the 2015 MLTC Home Design Manual Include general review considerations for Ontario Building Code (OBC), Fire Code, and applicable local by-laws Provide a written report outlining: Observed deficiencies Recommendation for remediation or upgrades Collaborate with mechanical and electrical consultants for the in-office assessments based on existing documentation Deliver final reports
