- Description:
- It is the intention of the City to complete two (2) Local Roadway Rehabilitaion locations outlined in the Tender Drawings and corresponding quantities included in the Tender Form, herein refered to as Location 1: Rossmere Green SE, and Location 2: Rossland Street SE. The work will include but may not be limited to:
- Asphalt milling, and removal;
- concrete flatwork (driveway) removal and replacement;
- concrete mono sidewalk and curb and gutter replacement;
- road coring excavation;
-storm water catchbasin installation and 250mm lead installation;
-sub-drain weeping tile system, tied in to catchbasin barrels;
- catchbasin concrete apron construction;
- granular sub-base and base course construction;
- asphalt B1 Bottom lift and S2 top lift placement and compaction;
It is the intention of the City to complete both Schedules of work outlined in the Tender Form and Tender Drawings over the course of the 2025 Construction Season. - Documents:
