The work includes but is not necessarily limited to; Leveling Course, Stress Absorbing Membrane Interlayer (SAMI) Placement, Full Depth Removal, Granular A, Hot Mix Paving, Earth/Rock Excavations and Grading, Culvert Installations, Ditching, Guiderail Installations, Concrete Curb and Gutter Replacements, Storm Sewer Installations, and Pavement Markings. Due to proximity of the re-surfacing project bridge rehabilitation has been included. The bridge rehabilitation work includes but is not necessarily limited to; stream production, partial depth concrete removals, formed concrete patch repairs, crack injection repair, and jacking of the superstructure is provisional pending the extent of abutment removals. - Documents:
