Sealed bids marked "LEASE OF CITY OWNED LAND FOR HAYING ONLY" will be received by Community Services Department at City Hall, 228 Main Street North, Moose Jaw, Saskatchewan, S6H 3J8 up to 2:00 p.m. (Central Standard Time), on Tuesday April 15, 2025. Tenders will be opened publicly, and a summary ofbid and price information will be made available upon request. Portions of the Blk/Par H, Plan 99MJ03789 Ext 2, Blk/Par K, Plan 88MJ07029 Ext 0, Blk/Par H, Plan 88MJ07029 Ext 0, Blk/Par J, Plan 88MJ07029 Ext 0 of city owned land is available to lease under the following terms and conditions: Lease ofthe said land(s) shall be on a cash rent basis only and shall commence Thursday May 1, 2025 and terminate October 15, 2027. This lease will be solely for the use by the Tenant, not to be assigned or sublet or occupied by anyone other than the Tenant without prior written consent from the City. TheTenant will be responsible for any costs associated with the use of the lands, with the exception of property taxes. The Tenant shall conduct haying of vegetation on the land. This land is to be leased on an "as is" basis. There are no warranties offered or implied on the condition of theproperty
