- INVITATION TO TENDER GRAVEL HAUL The intent of this Tender Call is to obtain a firm price offer to run the gravel program and rate-payer gravel for the RM of Carmichael No 109 for 2025. The work shall be completed in June and July of 2025. All bidders must have a facility for storage of gravel trucks within a 75 km radius to the RM of Carmichael. Tenders close 4:00p.m. CST January 6th, 2025 at the RM of Carmichael office. Bid shall be completed with a breakdown of all prices, including loading, cubic yard/mile, hauling minimum, and rate-payer gravel surcharge. Please include a letter of good standing with Saskatchewan Workers Compensation. The RM of Carmichael reserves the right to waive irregularities in bidding and in bids and to accept or reject any or all proposals.
