Crush, Haul and Stockpile Gravel Designation 2, Class 25 - 11,000m3 Designation 4, Class 25 - 60,000m3 Designation 4, Class 40 - 4,000m3 Start Date The Contractor will be responsible for all aspects of the 2025 Gravel Production project. The project needs to start after May 20, 2025. Completion Date Damages for Delay will apply to all specified Work that remains uncompleted by the completion date. Should this Tender be accepted, the undersigned agrees to enter into written agreement with Cardston County for the faithful performance of the works covered by this Tender, in accordance with the said plans and specifications and complete the Work by August 15, 2025.
