- The R.M. of Antler is requesting tenders for loading, hauling and spreading of approximately 20,000 yards of gravel from the municipalities various gravel stock locations. The tender must include the following: 1) Tender bid form (attached) breakdown of price per yard, 2) Copy of letter of Good Standing with Workers Compensation Board, 3) List of equipment/machinery that will be used, 4) Copy of insurance coverage for equipment operators, 5) Truck and safety certifications. Please provide an estimate on when you will be available to start work. Tenders must be received by 3:00 pm on Monday March 17, 2025. The tender must be clearly marked 2025 Gravel Hauling Tender. This may be submitted by fax, email or in person and will be immediately placed in a sealed, unmarked envelope upon receipt until opening. Submit Tenders to Rural Municipality of Antler No. 61.
