Highest or any Tender not necessarily accepted. 2. Bidders must rely on their own research and inspection of property and confirm acreage, condition or any other particulars. 3. The successful bidder must sign a Lease Agreement within 30 days of notification of the award of the Tender. 4. Lease payment is due by April 1st of each year.
