- PROJECT INFORMATION: The County of Stearns is seeking quotes to provide the removal and replacement of up to two (2) culverts and the repair of up to three (3) culverts on the Dairy Land Trail, located on the former Soo Rail Line in Stearns County. The total number of culverts replaced and or repaired will be determined by the amount of the quotes received and funds budgeted. Here in, the vendor is referred to as "Vendor." The Vendor will be responsible for all materials, necessary labor, and equipment to perform this service.

PRE-BID MEETING: The County will conduct a pre-bid meeting with interested vendors at 9:00 AM, CT, Tuesday, March 25th, 2025, meeting at County Road 12 and 1st Ave. East, New Munich, by the gas station parking lot, then proceeding to each culvert location. Vendors will drive the trail to the locations led by the County Parks Department.
