- The City of St. John's is seeking a qualified contractor to complete the work of the 2025 Culvert Rehabilitation (Blackhead Road) project. The scope of work generally includes:
Mobilization and demobilization.Accommodation of traffic.Access to the work sites.Provision and maintenance of effective unwatering measures and silt control measures throughout duration of construction activities.Removal of gravel, rock, debris and other deleterious materials from within existing culverts as necessary to complete the work.Placement of reinforcing steel mesh, rebar, welded anchor bolts, formwork, bracing as necessary for cast in place concrete invert within existing structural plate culverts.Removal of all form work, false work, clean up construction debris from within the existing culverts, and general clean-up of the work sites upon completion.Reinstatement of all existing surface treatments, granulars, landscaping which has been damaged or disturbed by construction. - Documents:
