- Description:
- The City of Burnaby (“City”) wishes to engage a qualified consulting team (the “Consultant”) with the appropriate experience, expertise, and qualified personnel to provide design and consulting services (the “Services”) for roof replacements at the City-s major, minor, and new municipal building facilities. The Consultant team, led by the Prime Consultant, will include at a minimum structural and heritage consultants, with additional consultants added as recommended by the Prime Consultant. The issue of these documents does not confer any license or grant for any other purpose.
Optional site visit(s) for this RFP will be held September 11th, 12th, and 15th, 2025 commencing at 11:00 A.M each day. On September 11th, Proponents are requested to meet at Robert Burnaby Park Outdoor Pool located at 8175 Wedgewood St. Burnaby BC, followed by optional site visits to Site #A2 thru Site #A5. On September 12th Proponents are requested to meet at Central Park Outdoor Pool located at 6110 Boundary Rd. Burnaby BC, followed by optional site visits to the remaining Sites #B2 thru Site #B3. On September 15th Proponents are requested to meet in front of Willingdon Community Centre located at 1491 Carleton Ave. Burnaby BC, followed by optional site visits to the remaining Sites #C2 thru Site #C3. Sub-Contractors may join the site visit.
ELECTRONIC SUBMISSIONS ONLY, shall be received by the on-line bidding system. Hardcopy submissions not permitted.
Proponents are cautioned that the timing of their submission is based on when the Proposal is RECEIVED by the on-line bidding system, not when a Proposal is submitted, as transmission can be delayed due to file transfer size, transmission speed, etc.
