Description:
The Rural Municipality of Estevan No. 5 invites proponents to submit a proposal for the supply of the municipality-s fuel requirements. Fuel Supply Term: February 28, 2025 to March 1, 2028 Supply and regular delivery of approximately 9,000 litres of clear diesel fuel per month to the 4,000 litre fuel tank at the RM Maintenance Yard on a weekly, bi-weekly or monthly basis dependent upon consumption and as directed by the R.M. Manager of Public Works. The R.M. also requires supply of approximately 1,000 litres of regular gasoline per month through either an existing cardlock fuelling facility located within the boundaries of the Municipality or within the City of Estevan OR in lieu of cardlock, by supply of a 2,000 litre tank with pump and meter (at no charge to the municipality) for the delivery of gasoline to the Municipal Maintenance Yard. Successful proposal shall adhere to all R.M. of Estevan No. 5 policies regarding fuel spills PPE required on site For more information regarding consumption and delivery, please contact RM Manager of Public Works, Dean Karcha (306) 421-9926 Proponents must submit a proposal using the attached form and will be received until 4:00 p.m. CST, on February 24, 2025. RFP rates quoted are to remain constant throughout the fuel supply term, and will be verified at the end of each month by the RM. Proposals will be reviewed at the Regular Meeting of Council on Wednesday, February 26, 2025. The lowest or any proposal may not necessarily be accepted, and Council reserves the right to reject any and all proposals
