Park Renewal Design-Build. This project reflects the City-s commitment to creating a vibrant and
inclusive community space that enhances the quality of life for its residents and visitors. The City
has issued this Request for Proposal (RFP) to invite qualified playground design-build Proponents
to present turn-key solutions to design, supply, and install the proposed new playground and park
amenities.
The City has retained Urban Systems Ltd. (Urban Systems) as consultants provide a technical
