- The Town of Hanover (hereinafter referred to as Town) is inviting proposals from professional firms (hereinafter referred to as Proponent) with relevant experience to complete the replacement of the existing Medical Clinic roof top units. The Proponent will replace the 13 rooftop units at the medical clinic with equivalent units of similar kind and quality and will also replace the roof. All units are to be connected to the BAS, properly balanced with a service contract for 10 years. A mandatory site meeting on July 21st , 2025 @ 10:00 AM local time is required attended or bids may not be accepted. The mandatory site meeting will be held at 118 7th Ave at the front entrance of entrance of the Medical Clinic
