- This Request for Proposals (the “RFP”) is an invitation by the City of St. Albert (the “City”) to prospective proponents to submit proposals for 2024 Traffic Calming Program, as further described in Section A of the RFP Particulars (Appendix B) (the “Deliverables”).
The City is requesting for proposals from qualified, licensed and professional consulting firms to provide (but not limited to):
Public Engagement through various communication styles (mail outs, online surveys, in person/town hall sessions).Data coordination and analysis.Knowledge and ability to communicate traffic calming products and strategies to residents and city staff.Provide reporting and feed back from data collected and resident engagement.Able to provide general engineering and detailed designs related to transportation and traffic calming measures.Project administration, creation of tender documents and specifications, and construction management related to transportation work and traffic calming measures.The above would be provided to these locations within St. Albert:
