• Detailed_Description : Become a Preferred Vendor of Branded Digital Content ServicesSupply Ontario invites proposals for Branded Digital Content Services on a Vendor of Record (VOR) basis.Ontario Ministries use dynamic, multi-channel content to grow awareness, consideration, and conversion. Deliverables include high-quality video, articles, images, motion graphics, animation, and art - particularly social media. Creators may specialize in a single discipline or multiple areas. We seek a content vendor pool to plan, create and distribute experiential content on behalf of clients and their brands. This RFP will identify appropriate vendors to provide content planning, creation, and delivery.The ideal, experienced (at least five years) Vendor(s) should be:• Known for their excellent digital content creation;• Familiar with the Ontario brand, Agencies, and major programs;• On top of the latest best practices in content creation for digital channels;• Flexible, organized, customer-service oriented and a team player;• Exceptional writers with strong communication skills;• Able to work across sectors, e.g. health, education, and finance;• Agile in reacting to earned media opportunities;• Disciplined account and project managers; and,• From one of these disciplines: Videography, Video Editing, Photography, Photo Editing, Graphic Design, Writing or Copy Editing, Content Creator / Influencer MarketerOnly Preferred Vendors will be invited to compete for available projects.Apply here to join the Branded Digital Content Services VOR for contracts of $30,300 or more.
  Scope of Work : Scope of Work•Develop content for projects and campaigns•Identify appropriate distribution channels (e.g., media, web, influencers)•Influencer identification and management•Manage distribution of content across channels•Manage entire content creation from concept to draft, to revisions, to delivery of final product across any single area of focus or an integrated campaign•Create high-quality, experiential content aligned with brand visuals, voice, mission, personas, and market preferences; notably:o Establish a sense of identity and be uniqueo Be entertaining, informative, or educationalDistribution Channels include, but are not limited to:•Audio streaming•Media distribution (earned, owned and paid)•Content syndication•Earned media•Influencers•Search engine optimization•Email•Blogs•Websites•Social media (Facebook, X, Instagram, LinkedIn and others)Content Services include, but are not limited to:•Content analysis and performance•Digital / social graphic design•Digital / social motion graphic design•Digital / social animation•Social copywriting•Content marketing calendar•Best practices research / training•User-generated content, stock image / video sourcing, outreach, and managing permissions•Web copywriting•Search engine optimization copywriting•Community management•Social strategy (web, customer relationship management, campaign, etc.)Client Services•Develop and monitor budgets and timetables•Be available for meetings and phone calls•Report key learnings, best practices, and future opportunities
