Description:
Woodlands County (hereafter referred to as County) is seeking proposals to replace and integrate a cloud-based financial, asset management, and budgeting software that will work seamlessly together.The intent of this project is for a holistic software system(s) that will prioritize information connectivity and accessibility throughout the municipality and be able to integrate and work with current and future applications, modules, and/or software. The County-s goal is to design the new system(s) around best practices allowing for more streamlined and improved processes that result in timely, accurate, and easy to access information. It is also vital the software is user-friendly, allowing for ease of access and useability by County staff and ratepayers.The County has undertaken this RFP with the intent to enter into an agreement with one or more proponents.Component 1: Replacement of Asset Management SoftwareComponent 2: Replacement of Financial SoftwareAdditional Needs 1: The County requires full implementation support during the managing of the project, creating the software implementation plan (project team identified), coordinating with the County project team(s), and training of staff as required.Additional Needs 2: It is essential that other applications/components are available and can integrate into the software development.Additional Needs 3: It is preferable if the software is inclusive and/or capable of supporting the following applications/components:• Human Resou...
