- Sealed bids marked "2022 Paving Program" project will be received through the online bidding system, Bids and Tenders website (www.ae-sk.bidandtenders.ca) up to 2:00 p.m. local time on Thursday, March 16, 2023. Bids submitted after the online bidding system closing time will not be accepted by the online bidding system. The time as indicated by the declining time clock on the online bidding system, shall be the official time for closing. The Work involves the replacement of curb and gutter and road renewal work on 7th Street from Rutland Ave. to Kings Ave. as well as renewal of the Emergency Services building parking lot. Contract Documents will be available on the online bidding system on or after Thursday, March 30, 2023. Bidders are required to check for any updated information and addenda issued before the closing date and time on the online bidding system.
