Description : This Request for Proposals (the “RFP”) is an invitation by the District of North Cowichan (the “District”) to prospective proponents to submit proposals for Janitorial Services - Buildings and Washrooms The Owner invites tenders for: The District is seeking proposals from qualified contractors for the janitorial services of our buildings and public washrooms at the following various locations. Crofton Public Washrooms - One Location Chemainus Public Washrooms - Two Locations Chemainus and Crofton Sewage Treatment Plant Buildings - Two Buildings Municipal Hall - One Building North Cowichan Public Works Building - One Building There is a Mandatory site meeting at the locations that are not publicly accessible for those who have not already attended. They are: Chemainus Treatment Plant - 9575 Bare Point Road Chemainus BC Crofton Treatment Plant - 1575 Chaplin Street Crofton BC Municipal Hall - 7030 Trans Canada Highway Duncan BC Public Works Building - 2975 Sprott Road West Duncan BC Respondents must pre-register for a time to allow for COVID-19 safety precautions.
