Description:
The Stage IV Upgrades project will focus on expanding and modernizing the City-s wastewater treatment infrastructure to accommodate future population growth and meet increasingly stringent environmental standards. The project aims to increase the plant-s capacity from its current limit of 15,000 PE to at least 20,000 PE, preparing the facility for anticipated service demands over the coming years. In this RFP, the City of Salmon Arm seeks to hire two distinct roles under a single procurement process: A Consulting Engineering Firm (Consultant) to lead the conceptual design, update the City-s Liquid Waste Management Plan (LWMP), complete a minor amendment to the LWMP, and aid the City with CMAR procurement; and An Owner-s Representative Project Manager (Owner-s PM) to manage the day-to-day of the project and represent the City-s interests throughout this phase of the project.
