Description:
Interior renovation of existing 3rd and 4th floors, plus 1st and 2nd floor east wings. Work to be completed in 3 stages within phase 2.
Partition and possible millwork demolition, wall construction. Flooring replacement, wall finish refreshen, fresh paint to match new colour themes. Lighting reconfigurations, access control modifications, upgrades pertaining to accessibility including adult change tables and assistance call buttons/strips. 2 new washrooms, and 6 new clinic rooms with sinks. Hanging of wall mounted items such as TV & AV equipment, artwork etc. Upgrades to access control and relocation of existing card access swipes as required.
Only contractors who have been successfully prequalified under PQ2022-22 may bid on this work.
