- This Request for Quotations (the “RFQ”) is an invitation by the Regional Municipality of Niagara (“Niagara Region”) to prospective respondents to submit quotations for 2025-Q-182 198 Welland Ave AV Audible Visual Fire Alarm Upgrades, as further described in Section A of the RFQ Particulars (Appendix B) (the “Deliverables”).
The Regional Municipality of Niagara (the Region) wishes to retain the services of an Electrical Fire Alarm Contractor (successful bidder) to supply and install Accessible Visual and Audible Fire Alarms to meet the Region-s Accessibility Plan once the installation is complete.
198 Welland Ave., St. Catharines is a Two Storey building owned by The Region and occupied by the Niagara Regional Police 1 District.
The current total building footprint area is approximately 36,600 Square Feet (sf).
