Description:
The Government of Manitoba, as represented by the Minister of Public Service Delivery, Asset Management, seeks to select a qualified Contractor through a Two (2) Part procurement process to provide electrical services (including all labour, materials, supplies and equipment) for the replacement of the existing 15kV feeder from the main switchboard to switchboard 1, 2, 3 at the Manitoba Development Centre, 840 3rd Street NE, Portage la Prairie, Manitoba.UPLOAD 1 - PREQUALIFICATIONThe Technical Bid shall consist of the following components:Status in Relation to Manitoba form (Form D1);Bidder Information and Experience (Form D2);Technical Submission; andif applicable, written correspondence from the Contract Administrator approving a substitute in accordance with Section B5.0. NOTE: Bidders should not include references to prices within their Technical Bid. If prices are included in the Technical Bid, the Bidder may be disqualified and receive no further consideration.
