- The Project TC NCA Terra Canada, is located on the National Research Council of Canada (NRC) existing campus at 1200 Montreal Road, Ottawa.The Client Public Works and Government Services Canada (PWGSC) has engaged EBC Inc. to act in the capacity of Construction manager (CM).The Component 1 portion of the project contains a new three storey building, of a Mass Timber frame structure, of around 51,134 sq.ft (5,215 m2) GFA. This new building will be connected at three levels to a new building with structural steel structure.
