- About the GCA:A leader in delivering clinical interventions and training, the Geneva Centre for Autism (GCA) is a not-for-profit registered charitable organization centered in Toronto. The GCA specializes in developing the skillsets of children and adults with autism spectrum disorder (ASD). We strive to enable these individuals and their families to be able to participate in their community. Scope of Work:The GCA is currently seeking a quote from qualified vendors for General Contractor Services to renovate the main programming floor of 112 Merton Street. The scope includes the main floor programming area (approx. 5,800 sq feet) and will involve minor interior demolition of some walls (and adding other walls) to repurpose the space into classrooms suitable for programming needs for children and adults with Autism Spectrum Disorder. Scope also includes removing and replacing the flooring, updating/adding client washrooms, adding a kitchenette, and painting. The construction is anticipated to start in January 2024 and be completed by April 1st, 2024.Mandatory Site Visit:Interested vendors will be required to visit the site between November 27th and December 6th. Appointments can be made by contacting the Procurement Contact no later than December 6th, 2023.
