- Project Title: 110 Street UPAR Project - Deep Utilities The 2025 UPAR project targets to replace the cast iron water main, clay tile sanitary sewer main and associated service laterals along 110th Street, from Pioneer Avenue to approximately half a block north of 9th Avenue. The Scope of Work in this tender comprises all necessary construction activities including, but not limited to, demolition/removals, earthworks, and the restoration of the roadway up to the base. Concrete work, asphalt paving and landscaping are excluded from the scope of work and will be tendered separately.
