• Description:
• This Negotiable Request for Proposals (“the NRFP”) issued by BC Housing Management Commission (“BC Housing”) is an invitation to experienced, qualified, licenced Suppliers to submit non-binding offers for the provision of Scheduled Inspections and Preventative Maintenance and Repairs of Emergency Generator Systems and Infrastructure as further described in Appendix 8 - Scope of Work, for various BC Housing directly managed locations in the Lower Mainland of BC. Qualifications, Certifications, and Licencing Proponents, their personnel, and sub-contractor(s) must be experienced, and must possess current, valid qualifications, certifications and/or licences required by industry, municipal, provincial, and/or federal regulations, including but not limited to: Journeyperson electrician certificate or heavy-duty mechanic licence with a strong mechanical and electrical background; Fire Protection Technician-s Stamp in General Systems (GS); and Certification by the ASTTBC “Applied Science Technologist and Technicians of British Columbia”(not just ASTT). Capacity Proponents must currently have a minimum of six (6) technicians who have current, valid certification by ASTTBC (not just ASTT) and who are always available to be assigned to provide services for BC Housing. Locations BC Housing has two (2) equipment lists, Equipment List A and Equipment List B.
