Description:
The purpose of this NRFP is to invite Janitorial Services suppliers to prepare and submit competitive Proposals to provide BC Housing with the Deliverables. Through this NRFP process, BC Housing is seeking to enter a contract with an experienced, qualified Supplier to provide the Deliverables. Proponents should carefully review all NRFP documents, including attachments, for the full scope of requirements. Subcontractors are not permitted for the delivery of services under this contract. The awarded supplier MUST have the capacity and resources to perform the required services to ALL for (4) locations, in accordance with the specified services frequency. Mandatory site meetings have been scheduled to provide an opportunity for proponents to view the facilities, clarify specifications, and identify the scope of work. It is mandatory that proponents attend ALL mandatory site meetings held at each location. Submissions will only be considered from proponents who have attended and signed the attendance sheet at all site meetings for each location. No exceptions will be permitted. Important: Proponents must provide advance notification of their intention to attend the site visits. By doing so, they confirm their availability for the scheduled dates October 20 (two sites) October 21, 2025 (two sites).
