• This Negotiable Request for Proposals (“the NRFP”) issued by BC Housing Management Commission (“BC Housing”) is an invitation to experienced, qualified Residential Appliance suppliers to submit non-binding offers for the Supply, Delivery, Installation and Disposal of Residential Appliances as further described in the NRFP documents for various locations in the Province of BC. Locations have been divided into the four (4) BC Housing Regions. Lower Mainland Vancouver Island Interior North Proponents can propose on any or all Regions by completing and including Appendix 11 - Region Selection Form and including it in their submission. Proponents must be able to provide all services (supply, deliver, install, dispose) to all buildings and communities within the Region(s) they are submitting for. Proponents may utilize experienced, qualified sub-contractors. It is BC Housing-s intention to enter into a Master Purchase Agreement with one (1) or more legal entities for each Region. Please see Appendix 11 - Region Selection Form for a list of communities within each Region. Appendix 12 - Locations by Region provides additional details, including number of sites/homes, and number of units by Community for each Region. Although the Deliverables, the BC Housing Specifications, and the Response Form are the same for all Regions, Proponents must submit the Region specific Appendix 3 - Specifications, Proposed Products, and Pricing Form for each Region they are proposing on.
