Summary Details:
Vancouver Coastal Health ("VCH") is exploring the viability of competitively procuring one or more housing and care service providers for the provision of ten (10) low barrier, fully wheelchair accessible supported apartments for people with disabilities in the City of Vancouver. The aim of the RFI is to identify interested parties ("Respondents") who can provide person-centred, collaborative, supported housing with a harm reduction approach for people with significant, complex medical care needs (e.g. para or quadriplegia, using a tracheostomy, etc.) and who may or may not be active substance users.
