Description:
The Municipality of Central Manitoulin is requesting quotes to supply all labor, materials, and equipment for the removal and replacement of the roof at the Mindemoya War Memorial Hall is located at 6032 Hwy 542 Mindemoya, Ontario and the roof at the Providence Bay Community Hall at 12 Mutchmor St, Providence Bay, Ontario. The proponent will provide 2 separate quotes for a roof replacement and chimney repair at the Mindemoya War Memorial Hall and a quote for a roof replacement at the Providence Bay Community Hall together with the installation completion date and timeline. Photos are supplied in Schedule B. Proponents shall provide a quote to mobilize to site, remove and dispose of the existing roof and other waste materials, then install underlayment, strapping, new architectural shingles and flashing Mandatory Sight Visit - Proponents may schedule an optional site visit during the week of March 30 to April 3, 2026. Site visits must be booked with 48 hours- notice by calling and arranging a time with the maintenance department
