Fraser Health Authority (FH) intends to enter into an agreement with AtkinsRealis for the Royal Columbian Laboratory Automation replacement project (E381-00). The additional contract value is $15,000 for additional construction administration with $89,000 completed for the maximum contract value is $104,000 - plus tax. FH has chosen not to complete a public tendering process but negotiate the contemplated contract for the following reasons:
AtkinsRealis is currently the Electrical Consultant of record for the Project (Royal Columbian Hospital Lab Automation Project). AtkinsRealis has extensive knowledge of RCH Lab Project and created the documents and specifications and is currently executing the work. AtkinsRealis is registered and complies with all applicable WorkSafe BC regulations. AtkinsRealis has professional liability insurance coverage.
