Fraser Health Authority (FHA) intends to extend the Agreement with Chernoff Thompson Architects, for their Architectural Services for Surrey Memorial Hospital (SMH) - Lab Automation, Project E382-00.
This work relates to the extended construction schedule, resulting in additional Construction Administration efforts up to the end of April 2025. The amount of this additional work will not exceed $5,000.00. The maximum contract value for work when completed is $89,960.00 plus tax. FHA has chosen not to complete a public tendering process for the following reasons:
• Chernoff Thompson Architects has been providing Architectural Consulting services for the project since June 2, 2022.
• Chernoff Thompson Architects is currently working in a satisfactory and efficient manner with the SMH project team.
• Project is near completion.
• Chernoff Thompson Architects has knowledge of the Surrey Memorial Hospital site and existing infrastructure.
• Chernoff Thompson Architects is registered and complies with all applicable WorkSafe BC regulations.
• Chernoff Thompson Architects has Commercial General Liability insurance coverage in an amount not less than $5 Million inclusive per occurrence against bodily injury, personal injury and property damage.
