The City of Calgary, on behalf of the Calgary Fire Department, requires a supplier capable of the repair and maintenance of Breathing Air Compressors, Fill Stations, Onboard Air Cylinders, Associated Equipment and Accessories, installed on Calgary Fire Department (âCFDâ) equipment, at various locations.3. This procurement process is not intended to create, and will not create a formal, legally binding bidding process. It will instead be governed by the law applicable to direct commercial negotiations.4. The Agreement will be for a one (1) year initially and may be renewed for up to 2 (two) terms for 2 (two) years each time for a total of 5 (five) years.
