This REQUEST FOR STANDING OFFER(“RFSO”) is to invite experienced and qualified Proponents to submit their detailed proposals for CAFTERIA EQUIPMENT - SUPPLY & DELIVERY to satisfy the requirements of the HRCE for the services set out in this RFSO (“Proposal”).
