A significant infrastructure contract worth $18,267,178.71 has been formally awarded by the City of Winnipeg to PCL Constructors Canada Inc. for the renovation and upgrade of the Lagimodiere Twin Overpasses over CPKC Keewatin, as well as associated road construction and drainage improvements. This major infrastructure project will support long-term transport needs for one of Winnipeg's busiest corridors while also increasing traffic efficiency and roadway safety.
The City presented a thorough scope of work under Solicitation 295-2025 with the goal of updating pavements, enlarging embankments, modernising bridges, and enhancing drainage systems.
