A significant infrastructure contract worth $18,267,178.71 has been formally awarded by the City of Winnipeg to PCL Constructors Canada Inc. for the renovation and upgrade of the Lagimodiere Twin Overpasses over CPKC Keewatin, as well as associated road construction and drainage improvements.
